On the 4.0 liter OHV - V6 engine follow the top radiator hose from the radiator , it
connects to a metal pipe which is part of the thermostat housing that is bolted to
the front of the engine . The engine thermostat is inside the thermostat housing

I would start with checking your thermostat and thermostat housing. See if its regulating. If it is not replace the thermostat.
follow your upper radiator hose back to the engine.there will be a round housing that is retained buy two bolts underneith thet is the thermostat. make sure that you put in the new thermostat in thesame direction you removed it.
