Typically this would not be the type of item that would be available from an auto parts supply store. My best suggestion would be to try either an auto salvage business, or a Toyota dealer.
The Toyota Highlander rear wiper blade is held in place by two retaining clips. Remove the retaining clips and the wiper blade will slide out.
It is located in its own black plastic box held together by 4 spring tension clips. You can see this on the top front of the engine. It also has an air flow tube coming out of the box that is connected to the top of the radiator. Release the clips and gently but firmly pull the cover back to allow removal of the filter. NOTE the position of the filter element for proper air flow during replacement.
This information can be found in your owner's manual. If you do not have one, then I suggest you get one. You need an owner's manual to know what items to service and when, and for specifications. You can order one from a dealer, find one at a salvage yard or even eBayThe air filter is mounted right behind the radiator and is secured by 4 clips. Just pop the 4 clips and remove the cover (bringing it forward). My highlander manual didn't have anything, but it's pretty obvious... The cover is about 15" wide and 6" tall. The replacement filter is "keyed" in that one corner is squared and the others are rounded, so you can only install it one way.
If you're referring to the plastic clips / tabs, the new filter will come with them.
Unlatch little clips on airbox. (4). Lift lid, take out filter. Put new filter in. Put lid down. Latch little clips.
The filter does not have a good seal. If it is a pressurized system remove the filter clean the lines and filter clips and reinstall. If it still leaks then you may have a bad filter.
I have found replacement clips for my 2004 at AdvanceAuto. You need diameter and reach. Take an old one along for reference.
It's Not too bad , Pop the door clips and there are three bolts holding it in place. Dosconnect the motor controls and go.
Find the air filter housing, the big black unit on the drivers side under the hood. It has clips that latch it into place. remove the clips and lift the cover, replace the filter and return the cover and re-latch it.
On drivers side-look for a black box with four spring clips.Unsnap these clips, raise this cover and remove the filter.
Open the rear hatch, there is a plastic panel that is at the top of the hatch which is long and thin.. It snaps out and the light is behind it. Careful though, the clips break.. I took it Toyota, I couldn't figure it out..
remove clips or screws on airbox on drivers side of engine compartment and lift up and pull out the filter, install new filter in reverse order.
