Your ECM is located underneath your glovebox.
1. Open glovebox and remove two screws at the rear corners of the compartment. (Should be just above the bottom surface of your glovebox)
2. Remove bottom section of glovebox.
3. Do what you will with the ECM that you have just revealed =]
