If however you are installing a 4 foot long fluorescent tube, it may be considered a bit more difficult because there are 2 pins on each end of the tube that have to line up on each end of the light fixture, thus it would require a bit more effort and coordination. Once you line the end pins up, you push the tube into the slot until it is fully seated, then you give it a quarter turn to lock it in place.

Well depending on your electric needs whether cost efficency, which would generally be Compact fluorescent light bulbs, to the amount of lighting put out which you should probally use a longer fluorescent lighting fixture or something that accomodates the usage of high watt amounts.
