Before you begin any exercise program you should consult with your doctor to make sure it is safe. Once you do that I would find some books on weight loss and exercise and perhaps find an online forum for teenagers trying to lose weight.
First, ask your parents and your doctor whether you SHOULD be losing weight. If so, they should be able to provide you with a safe way in which to lose weight.

If you have hypothyroidism, the first thing you need to do is go to your doctor and get on medication, as losing weight is extremely difficult if you have insufficient thyroid hormone. Once you have normal TSH again, you should be able to embark on a weight loss program just like anyone else.
