At 5ft you have several options... The T67 and T78 series are the base models to take a close look at on the low end. The T67 is all poly wheels and will be a great ride on a smooth surface. The T78 base unit has 7" poly wheels on the rear and a 8.5" rubber air filled tire on the front. The T78 can also be configured with rubber air filled wheels all around (that makes it the T78 Air).
The T78 Deluxe has all 8.5" air wheels (3) and the handle bars are off set and 4-bolt from the top of the front shaft with a shorter 'sweep' than the standard models (allows for more aggressive carving, torque on joint is greater on standard T78 during carve due to longer moment arm of handle bar sweep).
At 100 pounds you will probably not need to worry about the extra torque on the handle bar joint...
Size is not really an issue longterm... practice and technique is key. If you are growing, you should look to the T78 rather than the T67 as well.
