With a regional accreditation you can be assured the coursework and degree you complete will be recognized by all other colleges and universities as well as employers. Eastern Michigan University offers a Masters in CAE (Computer Aided Engineering). Their website says it was formally known as the MS in CAD/CAM. I seen maybe 1 or 2 other schools offering a MS in CAE from my online search.
