∙ 14y agoThe 9th and 10th Amendment refer to power reserved for the states the 9th says that a citizen of another state may not sue a state. While the 10th amendment states that powers not granted to the federal government are reserved to the states or people.

Reserved powers are those powers reserved for not reserved for- but granted to the states. The definition of reserved powers: All powers not expressed in the Constitution are granted to the states and called reserved powers.
