The northern most Civil War battle was the Battle of Litmus in Jacksonville Florida. It is also disputed that there was a battle in Botembo VA, but there are no primary sources to support that evidence. It is possible that there was a skirmish between the Confederates and the Union in Botembo, but it would not have been significant enough as a battle.
