Judicial Branch
The Judicial Branch
This is a strange question, because I'm not sure I know what "throw out" means. I think the answer you're looking for is the judicial branch. In the U.S., courts have the authority to declare laws unconstitutional, either violating the U.S. Constitution or a state constitution (which may have more protections than the federal constitution). But there are other ways a law can be "thrown out." A president may veto a law that has been passed by both houses of congress. Of course, that's not technically a law, because to become a law, the bill must be passed by both houses and signed by the president (with certain limited exceptions). And Congress can "throw out" a law by repealing it, that is, passing another law saying the first law is no more. That's what the Republicans are trying to do in the House right now with the health care reform law that has been passed.
Because it did not provide a strong enough central government. Because it did not provide a strong enough central government.
In the states, the answer will usually be the federal government. Exceptions will be issues over which authority was not specifically assigned by the Constitution. In such cases, sovereignty belongs to the states.
Both the state and federal supreme courts can overturn unconstitutional state laws; the US Supreme Court is the ultimate authority on the constitutionality of federal law.
Oh, dude, the Legislative branch is the only branch that is... what? Like, are we playing a guessing game now? I mean, technically, it's the branch that makes laws, if that's what you're getting at. But hey, if you're looking for a more exciting answer, I can throw in some jazz hands and a drum roll for ya.
Throw them out and veto
Because Rhode Island did not want to over throw the establishment of the government. They liked things the way they were and they did not want to take any part in changing the way the government was.
it will be wierd because when you throw it it will fly
The Effects of water pollution in economics of the Philippines are the following: a. Trash overloading in water area- because people throw their waste on bays, river and like. Government can't remove those trash easily because of lack of trucks to take all the waste in seas or water areas. And government can't buy easily from other countries because of lack of money. b. No discipline- because government don't want to put some sign that will scare the people so that they can't throw more waste in water areas and also in land areas.
They beg because they want you to throw it. So, throw it!
It is pronounced like "coo" with the p silent.
