∙ 6y agoRussia and Turkey. You could argue that Georgia, Azerbaijan etc in the Caucasus lie between Asia and Europe, since they are now listed in Asia, but 20 years ago they were listed in Europe.

∙ 7y agoTurkey, Russia & Egypt would be the obvious countries which sit on two different continents.
- Most of Turkey is in Western Asia and the famous city of Istanbul which is the largest city (although not the capital city) of Turkey located just on the other site of Bosphorus Strait, also known as the Istanbul Strait, which is in Europe.
- As we all know Russia's vast land spans over the whole North Asia and Part of Eastern Europe, Russia is Another Country which is located on two continents. The eastern and western side of Ural Mountains in Russia is used to divide the boundary of European Russia and Asian part of Russia.
- Egypt is another country which sits on two continents, however it is not famously known to be on two continents unlike Turkey and Russia. Almost all of Egypt is located on North Africa, Sinai Peninsula is the only part of Egypt which is located in Asia.
Turkey and Russia is considered to be politically part of Europe and Egypt is part of North Africa.
Russia is in two continents. It is in both Europe and Asia.
