If the antenna is in the up position, you have 2 options, replace the entire assembly, or unplug it. In the trunk under the antenna, you will find a set of 3 wires going into a relay. Unplug those, and the motor will turn off.

Usually a blue or yellow power wire is either "remote turn-on" or "power antenna", and those will BOTH be positive. I haven't installed every type of head unit there is on the planet obviously, but those are fairly standard color codes. If you don't need or aren't using a remote turn-on, and don't have a powered antenna, just cap those wires off to prevent an accidental short-circuit and ignore them.
If you do not see an external antenna, then it is in either the front or rear windshield. Look closely and you will see the tiny wires that make up the antenna.

Normally red. Check the wires with a volt meter to be sure.
blue with yellow stripe
I recently installed a pair of 12" Infinity subwoofers in my 2000 Gramd AM. I ran the power wire from the battery on the driver's side of the car to the amp. I ran the audio wires and the antenna wireon the passenger side of the car. You should put the wires on opposite sides of the car, to reduce static that can be caused from the electromagnetic field produced by the large amount of power running through the power wire. Hook up the audio wires, antenna wire, and power wire to the amp. Then all you have to do is connect your amp to your subs. GrandAMMAn
