What are some imported products from other countries delivered to the US?

Nike can come from China or Japan, Old Navy clothes can come from Japan, HP laptops can come from China, the Czech republic and Hungary, Nintendo products from Japan as does Panasonic TVs. Profile microwave/wall ovens combos come from Malaysia and a hat I once bought came from Japan (just look on the tag of some of your clothing, you may be surprised). I'm sure there are plenty more that I don't know about.

Is it legal to sell things without a license?

Like so many other answers, it depends on the circumstances. As a private owner, it is perfectly legal to sell something that you purchased to someone else. However, there are lots of instances where it may not be. For instance, you may only be able to sell a certain number of things before having to have a license, such as selling more than 2 or 3 cars a year may require you to have a dealer's license. If it is something that you are making, you may need a license depending on what it is. If it is a food item, you may require health certifications. If it has copyrighted logos on it, you need a license to use the logo. Some communities require you to have a license to conduct a garage or tag sale.

Whats the best way to get revenge on a business partner?

Revenge takes time. SUCCESS is THE BEST way to take revenge but takes 10 to 20 years to realize, is only indirect (as you did nothing against the other person) and you never get the satisfation of getting even. Now please answer these: If you are boiling with RAGE and feelings of unfairness of treatment or depressed but seeking REVENGE? Will a 'financial handle' works for that person (that is: will he or she do almost anything for the green)? Will the person be excited about a chance to win big money? Will you like it to know you will be the only person to know that if he or she is selected, he or she stands NOT a chance to win the money and that it did happen because of you? And would you like to see his or her face in one "Looser" Photo Gallery, with a tag saying "Looser" along with his/her photo (sent by him himself or her herself as a condition to enter the competition for the money)? Then YOU NEED TO KNOW about an innocuous way to vent the steam off your system and still get your revenge and laugh from the moment you begin to act until you see the results months later and for the years to come. Nominate the person a thousand times over (but at least twice, mind you) to the "Sweet Revenge" Sweepstake [ http://sweetrevenge.110mb.com/instructions/index.html ] and you will feel much better, guaranteed! Is Rental Software a Viable Alternative to Software Purchase?

Computers users access software of all kinds hundreds or thousands of times on any given day. Software is used to calculate profit and loss, create brilliant websites and perfect the next great American novel. As technology grows, so does the price tag associated with many major software programs. In an effort to bring down the cost of new programs, some companies are offering rental software. Is rental software a viable alternative to software purchase? What is Rental Software?Rental software gives users complete access to a given program for a monthly fee. As long as the fee is paid, the software will fully function. If payment is missed, the software may perform with reduced functionality or not work at all. Files created with the software are not lost and access can be regained when payment is made. Why Would Rental Software be a Better Alternative to Software Purchase?Software can cost a lot of money. Adobe Creative Suite 3, for instance, was offered in Australia as part of a rental software program. Users had the option to pay a monthly fee for access to the $1,800 software. If a new edition of the software was released during the rental period, the user qualified for an upgrade. Today, Adobe offers CS5 on the Australian website for the same monthly fee CS3 collected. Microsoft Office 2007 was released in India with a similar rental scheme.Do You Own the Software You Buy?According to software licenses, when a user agrees to download software or upgrade software, an agreement is entered that prohibits that software from being sold or given away. The fine print in many Terms and Service contracts read that all software works like rental software and the consumer is simply paying for the right to use a given program as opposed to owning it.This detail in the fine print is bringing about controversy in the US Court system. Reselling computers and software is something that has occurred since software and computers were created. If all programs are considered rental software, resellers would no longer be able to move used computers without deleting all programs and companies selling or giving away used software could be punished by law.Rental software is an option that is highly valuable for expensive programs that update or upgrade frequently. The cost, however, can add up to more than the total cost of the rental software in just one year.
