There are seven continents on Earth:
Africa
Asia
Europe
South America
These continents all used to be connected and formed the supercontinent of Pangea, some 300 million years ago. At this time, this was the only continent on Earth.
The dividing lines for the hemispheres are the Prime Meridian and the equator.
Both of them cross Africa, so there is African territory in the northern, eastern,
southern, and western hemispheres.
The contenet that has land in all four hemispheres is Africa.
Africa...
Ivory Coast, for example, is completely west of the Prime Meridian and north of the equator, and Angola is completely east of the Prime Meridian and south of the equator.
how many continents are in are the hemispheres
All hemispheres ... north, south, east, and west ... includeportions of the Pacific Ocean.Parts of the Pacific Ocean may be found in all four of Earth's hemispheres. Indeed, the Pacific is the largest ocean on earth. It extends from the Arctic in the north to the Southern Ocean in the south. To the west it's bordered by Asia and Australia. To the east it's bordered by North and South America. Its geographic coordinates are 0 degrees 00 minutes North and 160 degrees 00 minutes West.
The evidence that the continents are moving today is actually just a theory, but is accepted to be true. This theory is known as Continental Drift and is described as the continents belonging to tectonic plates, which are basically floating on the Earth's surface. Evidence to prove such is that the continents all fit together like a jigsaw puzzle and related or the same plant or animal species are located on separated continents, suggesting that they were all once connected to allow the animals to roam and the plants to spread. If they have moved in the past, they must still be moving today, and there are projected paths the continents are taking.
Well, many many years ago all of the continents were fitted togother in a supercontinent called Pangaea. But, according to plate tectonics, they spread the sea floor apart which, in then, separted in what we have now the 7 continents. In the future it probably will come back together again.

All hemispheres.Prime Meridian: The boundary between eastern and western hemispheres, extending through all latitudes. Asia
there are no continents that are located in the four hemispheres.

All continents have land, but Africa is the only one that has some of it in every hemisphere.
