Saudi Arabia is governed by Islamic Law, some other Muslim countries have in their constitution that Islam is the religion of the country but a lot of non-Islamic practices occur.

But i think all the Muslim states have Islamic courts where personal affairs such as marriage, divorse and other disputes are settled.

The Islamic calendar is now used primarily for religious purposes, and for official dating of public events and documents in Muslim countries. Because of its nature as a purely lunar calendar, it cannot be used for agricultural purposes and historically Islamic communities have used other calendars for this purpose: the Egyptian calendar was formerly widespread in Islamic countries, and the Iranian calendar and the 1789 Ottoman calendar (a modified Julian calendar) were also used for agriculture in their countries. In Morocco, the Berber calendar (another Julian calendar) is still used by farmers in the countryside. These local solar calendars have receded in importance with the near-universal adoption of the Gregorian calendar for civil purposes. As noted above, Saudi Arabia uses the Islamic calendar to date religious occasions such as Ramadan, Hajj, etc. and the Umm-al-Qura calendar, based on calculations, for administrative purposes and daily government business

What countries used theocracy?

Many Muslim countries are governed by the principles of Islamic law, but only Iran is actually ruled by the Islamic clergy, and is therefore the only true theocracy. Afghanistan, when it was ruled by the Taliban, was also a theocracy, but now it is what might be described as a struggling democracy.

Islamic law applies in just three countries Iraq Iran and Afghanistan?

Islamic Law, or Shariah must be applied in any Islamic state. Nowadays there is no Islamic state, just countries where the Constitution and the laws are more or less inspired from the Shariah. All the countries that have Muslim population as a majority have altered laws from the Shariah. People tend to think that all the laws of a country where there are Muslims are "Islamic", but they are wrong.
