Any state can get a tornado any time of the year but these states are the most prone areas.

It is difficult to say, as Tornado Alley does not have definite boundaries. A city that is included in Tornado Alley on one map might not be in another. That said, a good contender would probably be the Dallas/Forth Worth metroplex.

You may be referring to the relatively high frequency of tornadoes in the Deep South, which is called Dixie Alley.
