Assuming you mean poison gas, otherwise known as chemical weapons- almost all countries in the war did. Germany most famously used them, but less well known is that the United Kingdom, France, Italy, Austria-Hungary, and even the United States did.
Of the major combatants, it appears only Russia did not. The Eastern Front was not known for trench warfare, which contributed to the efficacy of chemical weapons, as seen on the Western Front. Additionally, Russia had a couple revolutions and left the war before they could stockpile enough to be considered an effective amount for deployment.

Tear gas is non-lethal in most situations. It is made to force people out of closed areas. Tear gas is legal for police and national guard use. Nerve gas is lethal or crippling in most situations. It is made to disable and kill those who breathe it. Nerve gas is banned by the Geneva Convention and a large number of other treaties. Nerve gas cannot be used by the military, national guard, or police. There have been several documented cases of uses of nerve gas outside the USA. The Soviet Union used nerve gas in Afghanistan. Iran and Iraq both used nerve gas in the Iran-Iraq war in the 1980s. Both countries also used nerve gas against ethnic groups in rebellion (Kurds, Azerbajanis). A terrorist attack on the Japan subway system used nerve gas.

There are three states that still use the gas chamber as their method of execution. They are Arizona, Missouri and Wyoming. In Arizona a person sentenced to death after November 15, 1992 can elect gas over injection. In Missouri gas or injection may be used. In Wyoming gas is used if injection is deemed unconstitutional. The last time gas was used was in 2010 during the execution of Walter LaGrand in Arizona.
Some countries were afraid of gas attacks being used against them, so masks that could protect the people were manufactured and spread.
They get it from other countries.
gas was used by many of the countries if not all of them in world war 1. many countries stockpiled gases such as mustard gas which was used commonly. at first to counter gas soldiers learned that if they peed on a rag and put it over their face it would filter out the gas keeping it from their lungs. than countries started using gas masks that were invented for miners because of all the coal and other things in the air. the way that gas was released onto the battle field at first was by canisters. they would have to wait until the wind was going towards the enemy until they could release it so it wouldn't come back towards them and kill fellow comrades. then they made artillery shells with gas in them.
