No. Ukraine government is said to be orange coalition government
Unfortunately you cannot get rid of a coalition government. In Great Britain we have a coalition government, but as they were voted in; they will be in power for 4 years unless they do something really drastic that may affect the well-being of the country, then the queen can step in and appoint a new party to take over the government.
This depends on the situation. If it is an opposition coalition, often nothing will happen, other than a reorganizing of opposition. If it is a government coalition, often times the government falls, or other coalitions have to be made. Sometimes civil war results.
Currently, in August 2013, The Conservative Party and the Liberal Democrats are in a coalition government.
Different countries have different systems. Usually it is the leader of the largest party in the country's parliament, if they can form a government. In the case of a coalition, it is usually the leader of the largest of the coaliton parties.
