country of the parents
You call a baby born on a plane a baby, a lucky baby if the airline gives the newborn free flights for life. That's a big if though.
The citizenship of a baby born on a plane, or on a cruise ship, is the same as that of their parents.
In Australia
The plane's captain will make a record of the planes location at the time of birth. However airlines will normally not carry mothers if they are near term.
No it is not the plane can crash and kill the baby ...
Yes they are.
The baby is both Chinese and Mexican. Also, if the baby was born on another country besides Mexico or China, the baby has automatically granted the citizenship of such country. For instance, if he/she was born in America, the baby will be Chinese, Mexican and American.
yes, just watch where you do the baby wiping when on the plane and dispose of wipes as directed
No he/she was born in that country and is a citizen
My bird,My baby,my plane, there are lot of different things
Many people say that if a baby is born on a plane, that child will get free flights for life. That is not true. Even if a baby is born in a plane, there have only been two recorded incidents where the baby was allowed free passage for life. This is a rarity, and NOT the norm. Also, many airlines (not all) have restrictions on pregnant women that highly reduce the probability of women giving birth on a plane. It does happen, but is rare.
Robert A. Plane was born in 1927.
