Assuming that you meant "Jerusalem", not "Judaism", the answer would be that the First Crusade drove the Muslims out of Jerusalem. The Second Crusade once again saw Muslims retake Jerusalem.

If you actually meant the question as written, Islam had never been a part of Judaism, being a distinct religion based on its own unique texts (Qur'an, Hadith, and Sira). Islam and Judaism bear many similarities because they both believe in many of the same pre-Christian history/mythology, but were never unified in any belief system. As a result, it did not take any crusades to separate Islam from Judaism.

In that time, the Catholic church regarded most non-Catholics as infidels, but especially Jews and Muslims. The Crusades were fought by European Christians, many of whom were Catholics, with the goal of driving Muslims out of the Holy Land; many of the crusaders also directed their fury against Jews. I enclose a link about that time in history.

The Two Nation Theory was important in the context of the Indian independence movement as it argued that Hindus and Muslims were two separate nations with distinct identities, cultures, and interests, and therefore deserved separate nation-states. This theory was a key driving force behind the creation of Pakistan as a homeland for Muslims in South Asia during the partition in 1947.

What is the difference from murder and manslaughter?

Murder - you actually intended to kill the person, and succeeded (otherwise it's "attempted murder"). Manslaughter - you did not intend to kill the person, however it is because of your actions that they died (for example driving too fast and crashing the car, killing the other passengers in your car).
