Suryanamakara can be considered as one type of mind-body exercise which offers some of the benefits of meditation(as every pose involves deep concentration and emphsis on breath). This also has a strong case to prove the claim of moving meditation as you involve different types of muscles in this and this coupled with emphasis on particular type of breathing(inhaling or exhaling or holding) gives Suryanamaskara the coveted status.

Apart from this, Tai Chi is also considered as a type of moving meditation, but I am not appropriately qualified to comment on this.
