The cigarette lighter fuse is in the rear fuse block in a 2007 Pontiac G6. It is located in the trunk of the car. It should be labeled as cig/aux and is a 20 amp fuse.

In my 2005 G6 there is another fuse box in the trunk. Pull the carpet away from the drivers side wheel well and you'll find it. The fuse for the cigarette lighter is in there. I had trouble finding it too! Found it by accident while vacuuming the trunk!
