Run the car without the fuel pump fuse until it stops.
you have to replace the appropiate fuse labeled "cigarette lighter" in the fuse box inside your car around the driver dash side.
may just be a fuse. I had this happen to me in my 2000 leganza. It was in the fuse bux under the hood. On the inside of the cover look for the fuse labeled DIS. It's a 10 or 20 amp that controls the ignition pack. It has blown twice on me so if that's it buy extra fuses to keep in the car.
you might have blown a fuse the fuse box is on the driverside by your left foot and the other is under the hood in the black box on the left when you stand in front of the car over the wheel
It would be best to purchase a book from a local automotive store. A lot of online information and diagrams are either wrong or "universal". The books are cheap and correct.
The air conditioning compressor fuse can be found in the fuse box. The air conditioning compressor fuse is actually a relay switch.
