There are 36 ferraris today screeching Indian Roads!!
Every good tire company makes a special tire for rainy, wet, slippery roads. -Living in western Canada, I know all about that ! - I believe two of the best of this kind are the Michelin HydroEdge and the Ironman Imax. I have used both these tires on the front wheels of my Grand Caravan and Windstar Sport. They are excellent on wet roads and I highly recommend both types.
If your road is made in India the best SUV is a Bubta Rupta 4x4, or if your road is made in Australia the best SUV would be a Buffa Wuffa 3x3

A z rating on a tire is a speed rating, for most u.s. roads an h rated tire is fine, check with local tire dealer
The roads that have had the best and most current maintenance performed on them.
That all depends on what kind of conditions you will be driving in. Snow/Ice, highway or rough roads, dirt roads you get the picture. Depending on that, then I would just ask a local tire place for a suggestion all things considered.

It will hydroplane on wet roads.
Goodyear is my guess. There is no best tire for everything. It depends on what you are looking for and how much you want to pay. You can get the longest mileage warranty or the smoothest and quietest ride or the best stopping power but the same tire may not give you all of them. The tire that works best at highway speeds is not the same as the best tire for local roads or the tire used for racing. The tires that comes with your car from the dealer may not be the best unless you request more expensive tires and bad driving habits and poor car alignment will mess up your tires no matter how much you pay. You should discuss tires with your qualified mechanic who can see what your driving is doing to your tires and can recommend the tire that best fits your needs.
