This question is mostly an opinion, so I will share mine.
I have had many different computers, like Windows 3.1, 95, 98, 2000, ME, XP, Vista, and 7. I have also used and owned Mac OS X Tiger, Puma, Leopard, and Snow Leopard. In my true opinion, Mac beats Windows. Here are my reasons:

Windows 7 (Seven) and OS X Snow Leopard
You can install windows 7 on a MAC using Boot Camp. It is included on your OS X Leopard or Snow Leopard installation DVD.
Snow Leopard and Windows 7 are two completely different types of operating system. You cannot use software written for Mac OS X (Snow Leopard) on a computer using Windows 7 (or vice versa). On a Mac you can run both operating systems so you can run Windows 7 instead of Mac OS X or in a separate window on top of Mac OS X (Snow Leopard) using Parallels or Fusion (See links below).
Windows programs require the Windows operating system to be installed on a Mac. Windows can be installed (using the Boot Camp utility) and the Mac restarted so it is just running Windows like any other computer running Windows or it can be run in a virtual machine (using Parallels or Fusion etc.) which will put Windows in a Window on top of Snow Leopard. (See links below)
No it is a Windows PC. Apple computer run the OSx operating system which is currently called Snow Leopard.
No the latest Apple operating system to ship with new Macbooks is OS X 10.6 Snow Leopard. You can install Windows 7 on a partition of your Macbook using the built in Boot Camp software included in Snow Leopard. You will have to buy a copy of Windows 7 seperately however.

The only operating systems that run "SimCity Societies" include: Windows Vista Home Edition, Windows Vista Professional, Windows Vista Media Center Edition, Windows 7 Home Premium, Windows 7 Home Edition, Windows 7 Professional, Windows 7 Ultimate, Windows 8 Home Edition, Windows 8 Home Premium, Windows 8 Professional, Windows & Ultimate, and last but not least the: Mac OS X Snow Leopard.
Both MAC Snow Leopard and Windows 7 have mainstream 64-bit computing. They both contain anti-malware components, providing protection against malware, phising, and scripting attacks.
