Clearly the SMG would be the cheapest and easiest to build. The STEN sub machine gun is the best example of this. The only machined part was the bolt, everything else was made from cheap stampings or tube steel. The cost of a STEN was just a few dollars to manufacture.

Answer 1 - Advantage of Cartridge Fuse versus "Inline" FuseThe only advantage I'm aware of is that it is much easier to remove to examine for condition, and thus easier to change/replace.
The bolt action rifle provided several advantages for users. It was strong, and could handle higher velocity cartridge loads. Most bolt action rifles could also handle pointed bullets for better ballistics. The result was repeated shots of flatter shooting bullets with longer range. Many bolt actions were easier to clean and maintain than other rifle actions, and they also had the power to extract a misfired or jammed cartridge. This was useful in both hunting and warfare.

Rifles can be rechambered, if the rounds are the same caliber. You'd do this to change cartridges of the same caliber. Rifles can also be rebarreled. You'd do this to change calibers and cartridges. You can also replace the action in a rifle to change the action length. The cost of rebarreling(new caliber and cartridge) and replacing the action(new action length) would be prohibitive. It would be cheaper and easier to sell the 308 and buy a 338 magnum.
Some companies actually print the number directly on the cartridge itself. Thus you could just look at the cartridge. I would also recommend just writing it down somewhere for quick reference.
Are you looking for specs on the cartridge itself or a firearm for which it was chambered? To make your search easier, the .38 Colt New Police is the same as the .38 S&W cartridge. Not that this is not the same cartridge as the .38 S&W Special as they are totally different.
they dont really give you the swinging action but they are made in such a way so it is easier to control the ball and easier to curl it
Whichever you want. To make healing easier, get it on the side that you don't sleep on and the ear that you dont use when talking on the phone :)
You have to go to a Nintendo event, but its way easier to do it with an action replay. Action Replays are only $20.00 and you can get them at Wal-Mart.
