1) Wash the broccoli with warm water till its light green in color.
2) Squeeze half lemon into a container, add salt, pepper, cherry shreds, chickpea flour , onion seeds, chopped onions and tomatoes (steamed in microwave for 5 minutes).
3) Pour half table spoon oil mixed with gravy (above made) into the crusty baking tray. Preheat it for 5 minutes till the gravy turns golden.
4) Marinade broccoli in the gravy and steam it for 15 minutes in the microwave with 250 C.
5) Serve with shreds of gouda cheese or plain cheese (depending upon taste).
Note : To retain the flavour of the broccoli , do not use more than half tbsp oil and 2 tbsp gravy.
