1) Wash the broccoli with warm water till its light green in color.
2) Squeeze half lemon into a container, add salt, pepper, cherry shreds, chickpea flour , onion seeds, chopped onions and tomatoes (steamed in microwave for 5 minutes).

5) Serve with shreds of gouda cheese or plain cheese (depending upon taste).
Note : To retain the flavour of the broccoli , do not use more than half tbsp oil and 2 tbsp gravy.
