It would depend entirely on the type of lift, but in most cases the humeroulnar joint, or the elbow, would most likely be involved, e.g. barbell rows and presses, and inevitably in a commercial gym, the barbell curl. The elbows do not contribute to the movement of the deadlift or power clean, in the former staying locked throughout, the latter only moving to rack the bar on the deltoids after the force against the bar ceases at the top of the movement.

you remove the tire, use a ball joint splitter (too) to dissconect the ball joint from the wheel hub. Near the ball joint on the control arm, there are 3 rounded heads, you can either drill them out or take chisel and punch, and shave off the heads with the chisel and hammer. Then with the punch hammer out the bottom half of the rounded head. The replacement ball joint comes with 3 nuts and bolts, line the holes of the new ball joint and install with the 3 bolts.
