To my knowlage, there wasn't one. Unless my books were wrong, there wasn't a nation divided among the allied nations.
At the war's end, The Soviet Union became divided from the other three, built the Berlin Wall, and started the so-called cold war.

The Triple Entente consisted of France, Russia and Great Britain
us, Britain and France all controolled small parts of a western side of Germany which all united later and was a thriving democratic nation. The soviet union controlleda larger part of eastern Germeny and was communist. Berlin since it was the capitol and was in the eastern side, was also split in half, one contorled by the us and the other half was controled by the soviet union

Germany was divided into 4 sectors, each to be governed by a different nation. (France, Britain, US, Soviet Union) These were later consolidated into two sectors- West Germany and East Germany. The Berlin Wall was not erected until August 1961.
France and Britain were both concern with nation security and they wanted to stip Germany of its war-making powers.

Because Britain was glad to see its big economic rival, the USA, divided in two. France wanted influence in Mexico, and it would suit them if there was a new nation, pro-French, in-between Mexicso and the US.
