Progressive Overload
There are a few ways to determine what is overload on an exercise program. When a person starts to feel very sick they should cease the program.
Overload fitness is when you work harder than regular fitness. For instance they exercise 2 hours a day but Monday they exercised 6 hours.
This is called the Principle of Overload.

Overload - Doing more exercise than what the muscles are used do. Reversibility - The muscles slowly decrease in strength due to a stop in exercise. Tedium - Varies of different exercising do prevent boredom. Frequency - How often you exercise. Intensity - How hard you exercise. Time - How long you exercise for. Type - The type of exercise you do.
