I'm not sure about all of the relays, but that is where the cigarette fuse is, if your cell charger won't work it is probably the fuse located in the trunk.
Everywhere. Just about every fuse box has relays in it. There are fuse boxes in the trunk, engine bay, passenger compartment...

i know the rear window relays are in the trunk, on the backside of the back seat. there are 4 of them.
The fuel pump relay for a 1993 xj6 Jaguar is located in the trunk on the right hand rear side, next to the rear light control module. It is a 4 prong black relay.

Jaguar use low current wiring in their looms. The lights are switched via relays at the back of the car. Behind the boot (trunk) trim on the passenger side is a relay box. The brake light relay will be faulty or the relay base will have a short circuit across it.

in the trunk passenger side fuse panel in back by tail lights. it is a 20 amp fuse. also the relay is behind the black panel that holds the pressure rod for the trunk on the passenger side, it should be a silver relay.
Bank of 8 relays under the hydraulic pump in trunk and two relays bolted to frame behind the rear seat (upper left area passenger side looking back.)
