Would help if you had the final answer in the multiple choice quiz... But we shall have a go.
Firstly None of the above answers is truly correct.
The reason none of the answers is really correct is that "England" became part of "Britain" in 1707 when Scotland and England merged. To refer to England alone after this is wrong (but common in the US).
But the one you are probably looking for is:
"England acquired Florida from France" since that one is more not correct than the other two.
The treaty of Paris in 1763 ending the Seven Years War (known in the US as the French and Indian War) gave Britain a lot of territorial gains around the world at the expense of the French and their Spanish Allies.
The most important were all of the the French Colonies in what is now southern Canada (except two tiny islands off of Newfoundland which are still French today!), French concessions in India and various Caribbean sugar islands. France pulled a fast one on their old ally by promising Spain the eastern half of French Louisiana (From the Mississippi Delta up to the Appalachian mountains) but then giving it up to Britain during the peace deal.
In addition to these more important gains Britain got the struggling Spanish colony in Florida.
After US war of independence they actually had to give Florida back to the Spanish as part of the peace deal - Spain, Holland and France had intervened on the Rebel side and wanted something out of it - and then US gradually took Florida over on the ground and eventually bought it legally for about $5 million from the Spanish crown - who had serious problems in the first half of the 1800's and gave up most of their empire in one way or another.
