there is actually no specific sections on the tongue regarding sour, bitter, sweet. These taste buds are scattered throughout your whole tongue. There are no receptors for Chile/spicy, these are actually pain receptors. You test this on your own. Place a sour candy on any part of your tongue and you will taste sour.

Because the tongue has diffrent taste buds if you eat Pizza you taste pizza if you drink lemon soda you taste lemon soda if you had no taste buds then you would be able to eat anything but without taste buds everything would taste plain

The tongue has taste buds to recognise a taste. On the tip of the tongue you taste sweetness. After that on the sides we can taste sourness and saltyness.And at the back you can taste bitterness. Hope this helps.
