I don't know about "getting caught", because most Presidents have heavy security on them most of the time, but many Presidents have enjoyed the White House pool in the buff. One used to "wind bathe" and one swam in the Potomac. I don't have names, but just do a search for "President skinny dip".

The White House was built where it is because of the Act of Congress that President George Washington signed in 1790. He declared that the federal government would reside on the Potomac River in a district of not more than ten miles. President Washington helped chose where the White House would be built.

It only takes five minutes to cross the Potomac River on White's Ferry. The Ferry is equipped to transport cars and bicycles as well.
