No. Original sin seems to be a uniquely Christian doctrine. The idea of a sin so cosmic that it has an impact on all future generations seems to have been required in order to justify the sacrifice of God's son.

Judaism, for example, reads the story of Genesis differently, and sets other passages in the Torah as specifically limiting the extent to which children are held liable for the sins of their parents. Exodus 20:5, Exodus 34:7 and Numbers 14:18 say that children in the third and forth generation may suffer for their parents' sins. Other passages forbid human judges from taking any action against children for the sins of their parents.

Religions that believe in the concepts of karma and reincarnation such as Buddhism and Hinduism tend to hold sins against the soul through multiple incarnations, but this makes children suffer for the sins of their previous incarnations, not the sins of their parents.

What religions view humanity as flawed and imperfect?

I believe they all do. If not all, then certainly the vast majority. After all, if humanity was considered perfect, then there would be no concept of sin, right? There would be no need for religious laws or scripts (such as the bible) and different religions wouldn't be at odds with one another. Perhaps there would only be a single religion?! Answer: Methinks the posted question may be referring to the doctrine of original sin. In Judaism, we believe that the soul is created unflawed. (That isn't the same thing as absolute perfection, which describes God alone.)

Why is there an original sin when there was only the first sin?

Original sin as referred to in the Bible, and in sermons, is the disobedience of Adam to God when He told him not to eat of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil. This was the first sin that man committed, which plunged all of mankind into a constant state of sin, until God sent His only Son, Jeshua (Jesus in English) to redeem all of mankind back from all sin. So the first sin and the original sin are the same.
