Most (it's tempting to say all, but there may be some obscure counterexamples I can't think of at the moment) religions believe that one or more gods and/or goddesses created mankind either intentionally or accidentally. ("Accidentally" includes things like people springing up from the god's spit or blood or something.)

Some examples:

Greek mythology: from chaos came Gaea (earth) who birthed three more, who birthed more and more, creating the gods and the goddesses, who created mankind to entertain them.

roman mythology: the same, except the gods and goddesses had different names (ex: Zeus was called Juno)

Islam: Alla created you to do a job, get it done

Christianity: god created man in his image

Christianity: god created man, and from man he created woman (same in Catholicism)

Norse: there was Odin and Loki, Loki gathers monsters, and all vikings who die in battle are sent to Valhalla to fight and drink and eat, until Ragnarok comes and the end of the world will come. mankind was created to be judged, so Odin could find good warriors to help him so win the end of the world comes, the side of all that is pure will be victorious.

Almost all religious believe in some form of "afterlife," though the type and overall degree of importance varies a lot between religions.

Christianity and Islam focus on the idea of a Heaven and a Hell. Generally speaking, Heaven is bliss, in which one becomes united with God. Hell is the state of being away from or without God.

The location at which you end up is determined by your faith and actions during your life, and both faiths believe in a sort of Judgement time or day or whatever.

Among followers, the conceptions of Heaven and Hell tend to be quite contrasting. Many people believe that Heaven, and Hell, are literal places that are tangible. Others believe that "Heaven" is simply unity with God.

Hinduism and its offshoots, such as Buddhism, Sikhism, Jainism, etc believe in reincarnation. Karma, or the law of cause and effect, determines one's next life and its quality. If a person is good, their next life will be good, and vice versa. This cycle continues into "moksha", or unity with Brahman, the supreme "force" or oneness of everything (God). Buddhism and Jainism are non-theistic, but instead believe that one can achieve nirvana, which is pure bliss.

Philosophies/religions such as Confucianism and Taoism tend to disregard life after death. On the other hand, Confucians put a great deal of focus on honoring the dead, but still do not speculate on ideas such as "heaven." Taoism is about living well in this life, and sometimes even about immortality.

Within neopaganism, there is a lot of variation as well, though often the case is that a legendary story is used to describe an epic event at the end of the world. Ideas range from an underworld to simple being reborn on a perfect, harmonious earth.

I cant think of any more...

I don't believe in a heaven, I know that when I die, it's game over, no more life. However all religions teach about their own ideas of heaven, which is, in essence, infinite perfect happiness. but most religions also teach that to believe in another god sends you to hell, so religions would disagree with sharing heaven with a person from another religion.

Do all religions believe in purgatory?

No, not all religions believe in a "purgatory". Some believe in just a Heaven and Hell and some don't even believe in that. The Baha'i Faith teaches that Heaven and Hell are spiritual states or conditions that one's soul attains as a result of that persons actions and attitude in this life. One does not have to be physically dead to be in Heaven - near to God, or Hell - distant from God.
