One's right to life does not supersede another's right to life, and if one has murdered another we the people in order to form a more perfect union will deprive that murderer of his rights in order to prevent that murderer from depriving others of their rights. One persons right to flourish and prosper does not supersede another's right to flourish and prosper and if one steals from another in order to flourish and prosper this is not a right but is theft and as such the people will endeavor to deprive that thief of his natural rights in an attempt to prevent him from depriving others of their natural rights. Some people want freedom of choice and others want freedom from choice, neither has the right to deprive the other from pursuing their rights. There are those who would argue that certain speech is hate speech and as such is not a right but it is hateful to argue that others can not speak freely and arguments decrying hate speech are hate speeches themselves. There are those who would argue that one persons right to keep and bear arms deprives another from the right not to live in fear of being shot. The so called right not to live in fear is a fallacious argument and depriving others of the right to keep and bear arms will do nothing to assuage that fear. If it is a natural right then the action that follows does not in any way impede or deprive others of their rights. If an action leads to impediment or deprivation of another's rights then that action is not a right.
