I am basing this on theory but it may still be correct. A fork will create more vortexes due to drag while a spoon will create less vortexes but of larger size. I believe that many small vortexes will create more molecular motion and therefore 'mix better'. But as I said this is speculation of which is that speculation will suffice until proven wrong
It will depending on the tempature. If you have it on a high tempature it will surely get hot quickly.
I think Plastic or wooden spoon is better because wooden spoon wouldn't be hot like the steel ones if we stir it in the boiling water
The hot water would conduct its heat to the part of the medal spoon in the water.
by convection and the particles go slower
A cold spoon will extract heat from the soup, a spoon that is warmer than the soup will transfer heat to it.
It will usually be at the ambient temperature.
Having low thermal conductivity do not burn your hand.
it should be a wooden spoon because wood is an insulator of heat.

you can if you put a spoon it the glass first before pouring in the hot liquid, otherwise the glass might crack
The heat from the hot chocolate transfers to the spoon, so the spoon heats up.

Theraflu has to be mixed with hot liquid (I'm pretty sure hot water). Also, drinking hot liquids when sick with flu or colds can ease the congestion and make you feel better. So other hot liquids such as tea, soup, broth, ect. can help, as well.
A wooden spoon would be best because it won't get hot.
Hot liquids float above cool liquids because hot liquids weight less than cold liquids.not useful
