The best state to live in is Wisconsin, to my opinion. Because there are barely any tornados, no hurricanes, no floods, and no earthquakes. States that are hot all the time like, Florida, Hawaii, and all that, they mostly get more damage. But if you dont like winter, I recommend for you to live in hot areas.
