Henry VIII had six wives. Only two of them survived him.
Anne Boleyn, his second wife, was behead for treason on false charges of adultry, incest, and plotting the death of the king. Henry had been trying for over six years to marry Anne and after less than three years of marriage he tired of her and found an exuse to get rid of her for Jane Seymour-his third wife.
Katherine Howard, his fifth wife, was behead for treason on charges of adultry. She came to court to wait on Henry's fourth wife-Anne of Cleves-when she cought Henry's eye. They were married just over a year. She was estimated to be anywhere between 16-21. Henry VIII at the time of her death was almost fifty years old with a large infected gash on the inside of his thiegh that had to be bled daily to remove the puss. So as you can imagine she didn't want to sleep with him so she found some men her own age. All acounts that I've seen or heard of have no doubt the charges were true.

Answer King Henry VIII of England had SIX wives, and at least two mistresses.
No. Anne of Cleves was divorced by Henry VII, but lived through the reign of his son Edward, and died when Mary I was queen. She was one of two wives to outlive Henry (the other being his final wife, Catherine Parr) and the last one to die.
Henry VII had four children that survived adolescence. He had two sons Arthur and Henry as well as two daughters Mary and Margret. His wife Elizabeth gave birth to many more, but sadly they died in childhood.
Henry VIII married eight wives; the number of 'women he had' is innumerable. Edit: The answer above is incorrect. Henry the 8th had six wives.
