it depend if the hypothesis is good or wrong. depends if the hypothesis is correct. An hypothesis is, in simple terms, a "guess" based on observed data. For this reason, the data to support any hypothesis can be manipulated to prove it either "right" or "wrong". Neither is more helpful. All scientific endeavour should be tested and retested.

Some ways Scientists solve problems are that they follow the 7 steps of the scientific method which are problem, research, hypothesis, experiment, collect data ,conclusion, and repeat the process because that is how you experiment on objects. They can use this helpful tool to solve a problem.
moving from general conclusions to specific observations
Scientific Laws are descriptions of certain phenomenon or class of phenomena of nature which are believed to be universal and invariant in time. And theories are collections of organized ideas, models which attempt to explain observations and relate them to other observations. Simply put, while a law states that something happens, a theory explains why and how something happens. Hope, this was somewhat helpful! Clear Skies! Edit: In addition, in science a Hypothesis becomes a theory when data from experiments supports the hypothesis. A theory becomes law after many repeated experiments fail to disprove the theory, and back up the initial findings.

Francium hasn't practical applications; it is only a subject of scientific research.
Well, I have to say, the computer, books, and experiments. Those are how I find out my scientific reasearch.

A process in which scientists father facts through observations and formulate scientific hypotheses that may eventually become theories.
A rejected hypothesis could be helpful to a scientist because it helps them create a theory by process of elimination.

libraries are helpful with projects, assigments etc... to research. Books in the library vary and are available for use with any subject such as scientific research, English literature and English grammar text books, g.c.s.e coursework books are available. They are really helpful. Just find a book, rent it and learn. Hope this helps:/
Microscopes magnify things so that you can visualize what you wouldn't be able to see with the naked eye. Microscopes are very helpful in scientific research to see cells etc...
Of course, research will be helpful for the development of a nation's economy. The more research there is, the better it will be for that nation's economy.
