Vitamin B6 and B12 are both part of the B-vitamin family, but they have different roles in the body: Vitamin B6 helps with brain development, mood regulation, and making certain hormones and neurotransmitters. It also supports the immune system. Vitamin B12 is important for making red blood cells, keeping nerves healthy, and supporting brain function. It also helps prevent anemia. In short: B6 supports brain and immune health, while B12 helps with blood and nerve health. Both are essential, but they do different jobs!

Your bones need calcium for developing and strengthening. (Same for teeth).Vitamin D is important in bone development.
Vitamin B-12 is necessary to produce healthy red blood cells that can carry energy around to all the parts of your body. It also plays an important role in fetal development for pregnant mothers.
Folic acid, a B-vitamin, is crucial for the development of the spine and brain in a fetus. It helps prevent neural tube defects, which can affect the brain and spinal cord. Adequate folic acid intake during pregnancy supports proper cell division and growth, ensuring healthy neural development. Therefore, pregnant individuals are often advised to take prenatal vitamins containing folic acid.
Folate and folic acid are classified as "B Vitamins." It is an extremely important vitamin for women, and key for the development of babies in pregnant women.
