The spring goes into the engine.
the heater hoses usually lead away from the thermostat and go into the fire wall. On the other side of the firewall is the heater core. the top hose on the radiator goes into the thermostat most of the time

No, I doesnt fit. Check the tail of the 1997 and there is a speed sensor. The 2003 doesnt have it.

Bank 2 is the drivers side of the engine on your Crown Victoria Sensor 1 is in the exhaust before it enters the catalytic converter ( upstream )
Go to autozone they will print you out one.
Nitrous, intake, exhaust etc. Chip or tuning also
Is this a question, or do you think that you reversed the springs ? They could go either way, but, the section with the closer wound coil should go on the top.
Does the key go all the way in ? If so, try moving the steering a little, it might be jammed to one side.
