Check Crank Position Sensor. Is it still connected? Was it improperly installed, came loose and is now damaged (again)? Could be cam sensor. Dumping ECM codes will tell you. Engine could be running in Emergency Run Mode which is about 400 RPM ONLY (so you have the ability to move vehicle if it is in danger) but otherwise, is not drivable.
About an hour ago, I got pulled over for driving an uninsured vehicle and received a ticked for that (which was $287) and for not having the proper insurance documents (which was also $287). I'm in Oregon.
Getting a tooth pulled is like getting a shot.
Why are you driving a salvaged car. If the car has any value they may pay something. If they damaged something that wasn't already damaged, they might pay something. You may end up having some fault for driving an unsafe vehicle as well if it was salvaged vehicle that was not repaired.
No. If you are driving you should have your license on you. If you are pulled over, you will be ticketed for not having it. The ticket may be waived if you produce the license by a certain date, but who needs the additional hassle?
In general if a teen is ticketed for not having a license you will not be allowed to obtain a license until 18or 21 depending on the Judge/Magistrate and you will be fined

Driving it.
Having them no, having them pulled out yes! Still tolerable though so don't worry.
