there could be a number of reasons you have little white sores in your mouth. but the reason I'm familiar with is canker sores. i have experienced them since i was young i have been experiencing these. I've found that the best medication is the Kanka sofy brush, which are carried at Kroger.
but just because I've told you this doesn't mean that's what you are experiencing. still see a doctor or dentist to make sure.
