Six US presidents were born in October:
Jimmy Carter (October 1)
Rutherford Hayes (October 4)
Chester Arthur (October 5)
Dwight Eisenhower (October 14)
Teddy Roosevelt (October 27)
John Adams (October 30)Jimmy Carter is the only one who is still able to celebrate his birthday.
They do, but just not on their exact birthdays. The US celebrates all presidents on presidents' day, so they don't have to a holiday for all of the presidents' birthday. But you can still celebrate Lincoln's birthday and Washington's birthday if you want, it is just not a national holiday.
Yes, all states celebrate Presidents' Day. It is a national holiday.
all the usual national holidays and Richard M Sinclair's birthday, October 29th
The probability, over presidents of all organisations, through all of time, is 1.
George Washington who was born on Feb. 22nd and Abraham Lincoln who was born on Feb. 12th. --- It depends on the laws of the state where you live. The federal holiday is not Presidents' Day, it is Washington's Birthday and only honors George Washington. Many states of a Presidents' Day and depending on the state law it may honor both Washington and Lincoln or all former presidents.
Shinto priests celebrate all of thir gods birthdays
Celebrate your birthday regardless.
They dont. They just celebrate the 18th birthday by going all out.
WE should, I think, have 1 holiday to celebrate all of their birthdays.
The anniversary of George Washington's birthday is February 12th, and Abraham Lincoln's is February 22nd. Some states used to celebrate both, some one or the other, and some just Washington's (the old Confederacy). Some states also had holidays honoring one or another different presidents. All the holidays got confusing with the expansion of national trade across the country and internationally, as business closings were difficult to keep track of. The Federal holiday is actually Washington's Birthday, but it has come to be called Presidents' Day in honor of all the presidents of the US. It is celebrated on the third Monday in February.
I believe you can celebrate a birthday party when you think you and your friends and family can agree on a time that works for you all! My son has a summer birthday and with everyone being on vacation it's too hard to see who will be in town and who won't. We have recently decided to do end of the year parties that celebrate his early august birthday and the beginning of summer time! So fun that he gets to celebrate with all the friends he's made this school year, hope that helps!
some people celebrate it for the thawing of the plot and the quick punishment of all the conspirators but i celebrate it because of my birthday
