Who can tell me what does it mean when the ABS light is on to a 2002 Tahoe and you turn off the truck and you hear a noise going it's draining my battery?

somewhere in your electrical system for the brakes is a switch or relay with a short in ,it
find which one it is , replace it and the problem will go away
