Who is Dr Emanuel Tanya supposedly a well-known and well-respected psychiatrist but I can't find anything about him on the internet?

The original post appears to have been in 2006 by a Canadian blogger known simply as 'Paul' on a blogging site called 'Celestial Junk'. See http://cjunk.blogspot.com/2006/02/why-peaceful-majority-is-irrelevant.html. Dr Tanay (also spelled Tanya) is unknown (probably invented), and is certainly not the author. The original post had none of the spam (forward this to your friends or the world will stop) recently appended to the email I read this morning.
I originally read this as anti-fanaticism, but a later post (2009) by the same blogger suggests he is anti-Muslim. Pity, his original comments hold universal truths (in my biased opinion), now tainted (also in my biased opinion) by his bias.
