Tunde Owoeye-Phoster is a young Nigerian in his early twenties. He is the Executive Director of Phoster Foundation, an organisation, that has since 2007 trained and mentored several young people (students and NYSC) in entrepreneurship through an annual programme titled 'Youth Entrepreneurial and Personal Development Programme'. He mentors several young people in Entrepreneurship.
He is also a Brand Innovator/Strategist in Phoster Solutions, a fast growing brand & culture innovation firm. He is a branding/advertising guru that is in popular demand and he has worked on both large and small accounts. He also consults for Orange Academy, the number one practical school of brand advertising in Nigeria.
He has played leadership roles in social and corporate circles including being the Business Development Manager for PCNET Solutions, an IT firm based in Massachusetts but started operations in Nigeria in 2004. He was also the head of Joseph's House, a group of students in business.
He was recognized by LEAP Africa (Sponsored by NOKIA) in 2008 with a national award as an outstanding young Nigerian that is adding greatly to the development of the nation. An award event that took place at the Jim Ovia-owned Civic Centre, VI, Lagos, where Mrs Ibukun Awosika was the Keynote Speaker. He won another award by the Biological Sciences Collaboration in prestigious Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, as an outstanding young entrepreneur contributing immensely to young people in Nigeria. He was also given an award as one of the most outstanding student entrepreneur by PSI Club before graduating from Obafemi Awolowo University.
He was recognized by DreamHouse (a media firm) as one of the Who-is-Who in Obafemi Awolowo University in 2007, Ile-Ife through their DreamHouse Hall of Fame Section of the OAU Campus ViewBook Magazine.
Tunde Owoeye is also a Fate Foundation Alumnus having passed through their Aspiring Entrepreneurs Programme. He has studied Architecture and Computing at the diploma level , he had his first degree in Management and Accounting from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife and he graduated with the best portfolio in Integrated Brand Experience post-graduate course from the prestigious Orange Academy.
