ME!!!
It would be nice if people would be serious about answering questions. Children of all ages come here to get help with homework and could use the CORRECT ANSWER which is:
James Watson and Francis Crick in 1953.
Sorry but your wrong.
The real answer is not Wotson and Crick but is really Rosalind Franklin back in 1898.
If I were you I would look in the textbook because this is confusing children who look for the correct answer but get stuck in a situation where there are two different answers, I wouldn't turn to the internet for help if I were you. You're smart. All you need to do is think.
Now I sound like a motivational speaker.. :/
~Soon to be motivational speaker :P
It was Rosalind Franklin who created a X-ray crystal image that was the key to determining the structure. She died of cancer (probably from x-ray exposure) before she was truly recognized for this achievement. James Watson and Francis Crick saw that the crystallography data was indicative of a double helix and selfishly hoarded all the glory. They retain most of the credit but it would never have happened without Rosalind.
James Watson, Francis Krick, Maurice Wilkins and Rosalind Frankin were the minds that discovered the three dimentional structure of DNA back in 1953.
Today there are thousands of scientists around the world who help us gain a better understanding of that DNA is and how it impacts out lives
James Watson and Francis Crick elucidated the structure of DNA.
Watson and Crick were credited for deciphering the structure of DNA in 1953.
The people who were responsible for figuring out the structure of DNA were James Watson and Francis Crick. They won the Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine for this discovery.

Nitrogen bases in DNA
The molecular structure of DNA was deduced by X-Ray diffractions by Rosalind Franklin. When analyzed by Watson and Crick, the DNA molecule was determined to have a double helix structure.
Its composition and physical structure - this is determined by the DNA/RNA that coded for it.

In 1950, Watson studied x-ray crystallography and was assigned to share an office with Francis Crick. Watson had the idea of using x-ray pattern of proteins on DNA.

Conservative (In which both parental strands reassociate) and Dispersive (In which daughter strands have mixture of parent DNA) both are not the methods of DNA replication
